*REMEMBER* Our suite features a dedicated entrance door that is located OUTSIDE the main office building. It faces directly behind the Jack in the Box, serving as a helpful landmark to guide you to our entry. You **do not** enter the office building to get to our entrance door! Be sure to check the photos to familiarize yourself with our entrance. It's easy to park in front and get right to the entry door!

During your procedure

Please understand we only allow the client to be present in the procedure room during services. This ensures that the injector can focus entirely on the procedure and client without distractions of any kind. no exceptions.

If you bring a friend or guest, they are welcome to wait in our waiting room until their appointment time or until your procedure is complete.

We are confident that we offer the most current and competitive pricing on the market today, all while maintaining high standards of quality and customer care. We accept CASH, Zelle, Cash app, Debit/Credit Card, Apple pay, Google pay, and Cherry payment plan.

Booking / Cancellation policy / No-show

Booking deposit and scheduling online is required for an appointment.

BOOKING DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit will be deducted from your service balance in the office. You can easily reschedule your appointment by clicking the link in your confirmation message allowing for self rescheduling as long as it is done 24 hours in advance. You also have the option to cancel your appointment if you choose. If you fail to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, choose to cancel or are a NO-SHOW, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. you will need to pay a new non- refundable deposit In order to book again. We allow only ONE NO-SHOW; beyond that, you will not be permitted to book with us again. Please note, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for services rendered. **We have the right to refuse service to anyone we deem necessary, If you have rescheduled the same appointment more than 4 times, we may no longer permit you to book with us.

Out of town clients

If you need to request to book outside of our business hours, due to travel or work schedule, please contact me by email or text a minimum of 48 hours prior and arrangements can be made.

Consent Forms

Once you've booked your appointment, you will receive two forms via text or email. These must be completed, initialed, and signed to proceed with your appointment.
