Children/Minors

We respectfully ask you to arrive no later than 10 minutes to your appointment.

During your procedure
Please understand we only allow the client receiving treatment be present in the treatment room during services. This ensures that the injector can focus entirely on the procedure and client without distractions of any kind. no exceptions.
If you bring a friend or guest, they are welcome to wait in our waiting room until their appointment time or until your procedure is complete.

We accept CASH, Debit/Credit Card, Apple pay, Google pay, Cash App, Cherry & Care Credit.

Booking / Cancellation policy / No-show
Booking deposit and scheduling online is required for an appointment. BOOKING DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit will be deducted from your service balance in the office. You can easily reschedule your appointment by clicking the link in your confirmation message allowing for self rescheduling as long as it is done 24 hours in advance. You also have the option to cancel your appointment if you choose. If you fail to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, choose to cancel or are a NO-SHOW, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. you will need to pay a new non- refundable deposit In order to book again. We allow only ONE NO-SHOW; beyond that, you will not be permitted to book with us again. Please note, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for services rendered. **We have the right to refuse service to anyone we deem necessary, If you have rescheduled the same appointment more than 4 times, we may no longer permit you to book with us.

Cherry or Care Credit
If you intend to pay with Cherry or Care Credit, please note that you can make your appointment online using a debit or credit card, as these payment methods cannot be used for the booking deposit due to its minimal amount.
Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us to schedule your appointment in another way. You can contact us at 888-839-1688 via text. In your message, kindly include your full name, express your interest in booking an appointment, specify the services you wish to book, and mention that you will be paying in person with Cherry or Care Credit. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Out of town clients
If you need to request to book outside of our business hours, due to travel or work schedule, please contact me by email or text a minimum of 48 hours prior and arrangements can be made.
