1. Introduction:
Welcome to Utopia Aesthetics. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of use of our services. By scheduling an appointment, contacting us by text, phone, email and/or receiving services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms and conditions, then you do not have permission to access our service or view our web page or contact us.

2. Client Eligibility:
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or in certain situations have written consent from a parent or legal guardian who must also be present with proper identification. Clients with certain medical conditions or allergies must inform our staff before receiving services.

3. Children/Minors

For comfort, safety and insurance considerations, we DO NOT allow children in our suite. Please make prior arrangements before booking an appointment.

4. Booking / Cancellation policy / No-show

Booking deposit and scheduling online is required for an appointment.
BOOKING DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit will be deducted from your service balance in the office.
You can easily reschedule your appointment by clicking the link in your confirmation message allowing for self rescheduling as long as it is done 24 hours in advance. You also have the option to cancel your appointment if you choose.
If you fail to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, choose to cancel or are a NO-SHOW, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. you will need to pay a new non- refundable deposit In order to book again.
We allow only ONE NO-SHOW; beyond that, you will not be permitted to book with us again.
Please note, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for services rendered.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone we deem necessary, If you have rescheduled the same appointment more than 4 times, we may no longer permit you to book with us.

You must arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the treatment. If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival you will be charged a new booking fee. If we are running behind past 1 hour of your scheduled appointment, we will gladly reschedule it for you if necessary.

5. Health and Medical Information:

Clients must provide accurate health and medical information before receiving services.
Inform our staff of any changes in your health or medical history.

6. Consultation and Consent:

A consultation may be required before certain services.
Clients must sign a consent form before receiving any treatments, acknowledging the potential risks and benefits.

7. Payment and Pricing:

Payment is due prior to service in office.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Cash App, Cherry & Care Credit.

8. Refund Policy:

No refunds provided for services rendered.

9. Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

10. Med Spa Etiquette:

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
The environment is one of tranquility, please keep noise to a minimum.
Only patients receiving treatment are allowed in the treatment room and guests must wait in the waiting room. No exceptions.

11. Liability:

Utopia Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or adverse reactions.

12. Modifications:
Utopia Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

13. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
